I have an '04 TL. The starter went out, so i replaced it. Now the Climate Control doesn't work (not even the display) as well as the heated seats, mirror heater, and outside temperature sensor. I pulled every fuse, inside and out, all good. Also replaced every relay. Still nothing. Other than this, the car runs great. Any suggestions? thank you,

Yes, all fuses and relays.

 

What circuit would control: Climate Control, Seat Warmers, Drivers outside mirror heater, outside temperature sensor?

 

Possibly a bad ground somewhere. Weak cable that when tampered with ended up breaking off. Or just not hooked back up at all. Did you replace starter yourself?
