Exclamation Radiator fluid leaked

This weekend, while visiting a friend, spotted an open parking spot which apparently wasn't as it had a cement block sitting mid-way that I was blind sighted to from the angle I entered the lot.

I felt my front end scrapping, reversed and parked another place. Immediately after I shut my engine off, the radiator fan kept blowing and wouldn't turn off unless i restarted my engine and then shut off . At that time I didn't understand what was going on and went on my way.

My car sat for few hours and then drove back home 25mi. approx. As I parked at home, my radiator never shut off, yet again. This time i realize there was nice amount of coolant splattered on my garage floor soon after I turn my car off. coolant reservoir completely empty by now as well after checking

Today, I lift the car and understand where the hit may have caused damage and I am 'thinking' the cement block caused some sort of damage to the drain plug area..? The lower hose is still in good condition after inspecting.

I snapped pics to my best ability to provide you visual of where I think the leak may be coming from (driver side, near the area of the lower radiator hose (undamaged) ). Keep in mind that this circled area was covered with shield/under lining splash guard so its weird to me how a scrap could cause the damage to radiator which is also sitting above the radiator support beam

I would appreciate if someone here may have some knowledge and shed some light. I won't be able to perform repairs until time allows later this week/end and would like to gather some thoughts on this before then -- Do I need to replace my radiator?
/the end
