Forgot to reconnect the ECT or O2 sensor? No other codes but the 0300-0306?

Has it run fine after the repair and then just started doing this? Or did this start right after the repair?

Look under "cylinder head removal", "ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor removal", "A/F sensor removal". Do you have the actual Acura TL service manual? If so, I can give you the actual page #'s.

thank you I will take a look , by the way if it's not that do you think that it could be a ground wire, I noticed that he installed a new motor mount on pass side and connected the ground wire to the engine instead of the engine mount holder , could this cause this too ?

Could also be a disconnected IAT sensor or MAP sensor. I'll bet he forgot to reconnect something.

You're sure all vacuum lines are reconnected?

I noticed that he put this wire in the wrong place is it possible that this is causeing the issue, I know it sounds really bad but I can see how this would happen but I would have not done that if I was putting back together , after all my specialty is Computers not cars and I just assumed he knew where it went I need to remove the OS pulley to remove the wire and place it in the correct location.

The engine mount ground wire? That's not causing your problems....

You need to back over all the sensors and vacuum hoses that were disconnected and be sure they were reconnected.

Are you sure the only codes were P0300-P0306? If you have another code, it would certainly help narrow the problem.
