Ive got an 05 acura tl 6 speed manual....My first gear is sticky. If im @ a stop and try to shift into first it will not ingauge. i have 2 ethier give it alot of pressure to get it to budge in there or stick it in neutral and try again. it happens about 40-50% of the time i try to put it into first. does anyone have this problem or have a solution for this????

 

test this- pump the clutch pedal twice- quickly, and see if it goes into gear easier
That would indicate a pressure leak in the clutch slave or master cylinder- not uncommon and easy to replace.

 

try sliding it dwn into 2nd then up into 1st-has something to do with engaging the clutch and the speeds of it in diffrent gears - i read a huge link on this somewhere in here-i'll look if i find it i'll paste it for ya. but its just habit now slide into 2nd then 1st let clutch out go go go
