im not sure if im explaining myself correctly... but i have an 04 non navi and i got into my buddy's 05 non navi and everything on his climate display and radio display have this blue light in the background and mine has none just a plain ol boring orange numbers im wondering if its supposed to be like that for the 04's or is there something wrong with mine?

 

i also have an 04 non nav. the blue light... do you mean the little blue led light on the roof console next to the homelink system? That shines a little blue light down (although mine isnt that bright). Other than that... I'd suggest you show us some pics :p

 

the 05+ NON-NAVI TL's have a backlit radio. On the 04's, its a black face with white lettering. On the 06+, the face is lit blue at night and the letters are white.
