Hey All, so every mornign when i start my 04 TL with 66k, there is whining noise coming from under the hood on the passenger side. I have check it my self and is coming from this belt spinning on the very top. the belt you see as soon as you revome the plastic cover. has any one else had this poblem.! Please help

 

could be the AC tensioner pulley- check with a mechanics stethascope to find unknown noises
