PS Pump leaking at top pump hose after seal change. Bad line?

I just had the noisy pump issue again. I've replaced the suction hose seal once a while back, so I got a new suction oring 91345-rda-a01 and a new top line oring 91370-SV4-000. Job was easy, but upon starting the car, when the wheel is turned, a tiny bit of fluid, and I mean tiny, comes out of the top fitting (the one that takes the SV4 oring and has 2x 10mm bolts. I pulled it back apart and cleaned all the mating surfaces. Everything seems fine, but it still leaks, albeit an incredibly tiny amount. Anyone else had this problem? It seems like the only thing I can do is replace the entire line. (I may just clean it once in a while and top off fluid as needed)
