Problems with driver side window

I just started noticing on my driver side window when it rolls up it isn't rolling up at the same constant speed it usually is supposed to or the same as the passanger side window. Also when going up about half way it is making this strange knocking noise/creaking noise when it is about to go up. I recently had moleskin applied to the windows a few weeks back. I am taking it to the dealership tommorow to have it checked out. I am hoping that the moleskin isn't the cause of the window having problems. It doesn't seem like their is something loose or broken when i open and close the door. but who knows. Has anyone else experienced or had any problems with their windows rolling up and down after moleskin was applied to it?

The dealership will probably blame it on the moleskin, which probably is the problem in your case. Honda and Acura's recommended fix to these problems with window tint, is to tell the tint shop to take off the door panel and tint below the window molding so that your window wont get caught up when in operation. It probably wont hurt to spray some silicone spray in the side window channels.
