Okay, in hopes of finding out what my problem is, I'm going to describe what has happened as best as I can.
When I bought the car, I noticed a short while after that my headlights were not the same. One looks brand new, and the other foggy. To rid this problem I had a professional sand and buff and clear coat my headlight, all was well.
When I did my headlight mod with Rockstar, it became apparent that my car was involved in an accident and they replaced one headlight (the one that looks brand new), while the other is OEM from 06. During the process of modding, I'm sure you all know, it requires baking the headlight, about a month or so after we did this, my light became foggy again.
The pro that cleaned up the light before said that baking could have ruined the clear coat and made it fog up again. So...I had him clean it up again!
Upon completing his work, I noticed that what appeared to be the inside of my light (specifically the fog light area) had fog.
Many months later I revisited Rockstar and he offered to open the headlight again and try to fix the problem. It worked! But only temporarily. He used Megs 205 on the inside of the light and make it clear again.
Here I am another few months later, and it has returned. It bothers me like crazy because one light is flawless and the other old and fogged up. What baffles me most is...the fog is only the size of the fog light's square housing. (Pictures at the bottom)
Now...my lighting situation...
I replaced the fogs to an LED bulb I found on eBay. I run them with my headlights so the entire housing is lit up and it looks nice. HID's are Morimoto and turn signals are V3 Tritons...not that this probably matters but I'm giving every detail in hopes of correcting this problem. My LED fogs are only on when the headlights are on, so night time only.
The following pictures were on a pretty cold morning and made the effect of the fog MUCH worse than it normally is. FL is normally hot and humid and makes the fog very faint, it's barely noticeable but it bothers me too much to let go.

The options I have (that I see) are buying an entire new headlight, or sending them to JnC to fully restore, or fix it myself and seal it properly with some kind of concoction.
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

Word of caution to people using LED DRLs, side marker lights etc.
Newer Acura headlights use a clear coated on the inside of the lens, for some reason the light emitted from the LED bulbs interacts with the clear (something to do with wave length) which in turn eats through the inside of the front lenses.
Just check with Fyah TL and 07TLFIXDUP (sp?)
I had to refinish the inside of the front lenses to rid the spider webbing caused by the clear, the common denominator in both lights was LED DRLs.
This especially goes out to my past customers as I shall not he held responsible for any damage caused by any after market LED based set up.
This again is just a word of caution as the common denominator in both the cases I fixed was LED based DRLs.
I have fixed about 5 sets of Nissan headlights with this issue as well so this issue is not just with Acura lights.

07FIXEDTLs set.
He was running tower sized marker LEDs and LED DRLs. I can try to dig out FYAHs pictures as well but usually its the spider web cracks that you see in the pictures. THe white haze is from the clear he had used. Also notice how the damage is mostly in front of where the LED light shines (marker and DRL)

damn so glad i dont have this issue and i have been running my led drl's for about 2 years now and recently just purchased a small 5 led for my side marker and not some tower design like what you see above.. i hope mine dont have the same problem..
are you sure its not the paint fumes that is causing the damage to the headlights?

FML

I guess my LED's in the fogs is the problem.
