Problem with car, need help

I have a couple of issues with my TL.

When I turn the Tuner knob when its in XM mode, it only cycles through a few stations, not all of them. This problem only started recently. I went to get my car washed the other day, and when it was done, for some reason, all my presets were different, and the XM started up, as stated above. Also, when i normally put my car in drive, the doors would lock, but that also stopped. Anyone that has any info available, please let me know. I had an issue with my dash, took it back to Acura, and they had my car for 3 weeks before i got it back, so I REALLY dont want to bring it back in.

Not sure how long you've had your car but it sounds as if your XM trial period might have expired and now you have to subscribe and buy any extra time. When I bought my TL, I was signed up for 3 free months of XM service and then had to pay for anything beyond that. When XM service is cut off, it will allow you to listen to 8-10 channels but that's it - sounds like what you are describing.

The automatic door lock is controlled in the MID. You can make adjustments there.

Have you been using the same key fob the whole time? Different settings can be stored with each key fob.

Make sure the radio isn't set to "category". Can be changed by hitting the disp button. If it is set to category, when you use the tune function, it only goes through the stations that match the current category. So if you have it on a "rock" category station and use the tuner knob, it will cycle through the other XM stations categorized as rock.

Like the others said, the key memory settings can be changed through the MID. Maybe the car wash guys messed that up on ya.

hmm, did the car wash include an interior clean? maybe some sort of cleaning liquid was used in a spray bottle and too much of it got on some electronics? i cant really think of what else would be causing this.
