Power window problem

So today i sat in my car with the power on but not running/idling (dumb i know) and my battery got too low to start the car but the electronics/gauges still were on. When i tried to start the car i thought i heard a pop but not sure. I jumped the car about an hour later and it fired up, drove it and battery is fine.

BUT ever since then my "one touch up/down" feature on my drivers side window doesnt work. It still goes up and down if i hold the button. All the other windows work fine including the passenger doors "one touch" feature.
I checked the fuses on the drivers side floor board and they are fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Also the next time i started the car (a few hours after driving it and recharging the battery) my check engine light came on. I dont know if its just a coincidence or not just figured id throw it in here. All the auto stores were closed by the time the check engine light came on but im gonna go have them read the code tomorrow

Reset the auto feature.
Roll window all the way down by holding the switch.
Roll window all the way up and continue holding the switch for a couple of seconds. That should reset it.
