power steering fluid leak HELP!!

I was working on my TL in the shop last night and i turned the wheel with the car off (key just turned over) b/c i had the intake off and was cleaning the throttle body out. Then i noticed power steering fluid on the ground and saw it was leaking from the reservoir all over my motor mount and then down onto the ground. Being my reservoir is so dirty i couldn't tell how much fluid was lost so i topped it off, being an idiot again i believe i over filled it...So today i went out and came back home and noticed a small spot on my driveway of p/s fluid, then popped my hood and same thing.. p/s fluid coming out from between the cap and on to the ground. Me not being certified in power steering i have not much of an idea why its coming out now unless i over filled it. Could there be another issue?? At my cost i could get a pump for 200 bucks from Honda.. that's still a lot for me at the moment plus id have to flush the system. Also i HOPE i didn't fuck the rack up.. but it is only coming from the reservoir. HELP!

That can happen sometimes when you turn the wheel without the pump running. I would get the hot level right first and your problem will likely go away.
