code says "problem in the countershaft speed sensor circuit". is this the same as the app sensor? car went into limp mode last night and i found other users with the same symptoms but with different cel codes.. drove it to autozone today to check code, still got cel light but no vsa light. just need to verify its the same thing before i order any parts.. thanks

 

What ever happened with your car? I have a similar issue. I have codes p0721 and p0741....everyone seems to jump to rebuilding the transmission....which is insane if its not even the problem
