Power Mirrors Acting Up

I have a strange problem where my power mirrors will go down and in, but not up and out. Anybody else experience this problem? I have an '04 TL 6 speed manual.

Does your washer fluid still sprayer still work? If not it may also be a blown fuse.

That was it Jon. I never would have thought all those functions would have been related to that fuse. You saved me alot of time by not having to remove my inner fender to get to the windshield washer pump. I have the factory repair manual and looked and looked for the fuse that was associated with the pump, but could never find it.
