Angry possible transmission?

AHHHHH...ok. I have 2005 TL. Reversed out of the driveway, heard a grinding sound...thought it was tires slipping on the ice. However, as I was driving to work the grinding sound got worse. Parked in my lot and I can't reverse now. I'm assuming this is a transmission problem? What can I do about it?

I don't think I've changed the fluid yet...could be wrong tho. The weird thing is that when I shift into reverse...the car won't move unless I lay on the gas.

i just talked to acura and he said it may be something with my sensor and doesnt think its my transmission. You also wanna check if your vin number falls into some recalls http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ check recall data base read up then call your nearest acura. My tl had 2 recalls done and i received a loaner 07 tl. keep me updated i will do the same!
