Vibration is most likely caused by imbalance of your wheel/tire combo (the other, rarer possibility is loose lug nuts). The TL is supposedly finicky about wheel balancing.

How far have you driven since the new wheels were put on? The TPMS sensors takes a little bit to initialize before reading.
The other possibility is that the TPMS sensors are not on the wheels (they're about $50 apiece, I think- you can check the threads). Do you know if the TPMS sensors are on the wheels, ie. did you see them as the tires were mounted? I thought the '06 (with TPMS) A-spec wheels were 8" wide , while the '04-'05 (without TPMS) A-specs were 8.5" wide, so you might have the earlier wheels without the TPMS sensors.... hope not, though.

The aspec wheels come with new tpms valve stem sensors which has to be installed on the rims when mounting and wheels should also be balanced after mounting. The tpms sensors should register right away with the tpms unit after the car goes over 20mph or something like that, they may have broken a sensor or something. As for vibration i would start with re-balancing the wheels, and possibly have them roadforce the wheels for bad tires!
