Please help!! Alarm issues
just started this morning at work. Alarm has went off like 100 times a few minutes apart. Did the key in the door to reset the alarm no luck. Doors hood and trunk all closed and no lights saying they’re ajar.
ended up having to unhook my battery. Hoping there was an alarm fuse I could just remove but it’s tied to the horn and lights fuses and I need those lol.
looking like I need to take to the dealer, but before I do so does anyone have a fix?
didnt happen over night. Only thing I did this morning was open my trunk to get my work boots so maybe trunk latch but there is no indicator light for that.
any help would be greatly appreciated!!

try adjusting the trunk latch, it might need replacement as well.

All good
The more I considered the issue I remembered this morning when I walked up my car it wouldn’t light up and it didn’t do the beat sound saying the alarm was on and it had started going off After that. I popped my trunk and messed with the latch and ever since no more alarm issues I’m gonna leave my trunk alone for now and probably just order a new latch and replace it. There was a small branch wedged in my trunk I think that might’ve been keeping it from closing all the way hopefully no more issues and it’s something simple. Thanks!
