Factory alarm needz help!

my 2003 acura tl alarm doesnt work. it locks/unlocks itself. (beeps when locked) and opens trunk. but when i open the door, the alarm doesnt work!!! the security light next to the door lock doesnt flash either... ANYBODY HAVE THIS PROBLEM OR HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX IT ???

you have to locked wait 10sec then the alarm is on

oh i know. thanx. .. 2 nights ago they broke into it and took my stereo. nobody heared a thing. and it was parked 10 feet from where i was sleeping. i would have heard it
