Plasti Dip Problem

A friend was plasti dipping all my emblems for me and i guess he didnt tape/cover the car enough and some little sprays went onto my rear window/trunk and i just noticed some little dots of plasti dip, what the fastest/easiest way to get rid of them be? they dont come off quickly/easily by rubbing with my finger as there so small and so many of them.

Heres a picture

Fastest and easiest might be bug and tar remover by turtle wax? Or clay bar possibly ?

I've heard WD40 works great to remove Plastidip, but not sure how it is on the paint.

Trust me, I plasti dipped my roof and after peeling it off I had a ton of small black dots. Clay bar is the way to go

What surfaces or materials are OK to use WD-40 Multi-Use Product on?

WD-40 Multi-Use Product can be used on just about everything. It is safe to use on metal, rubber, wood and plastic. It can also be applied to painted metal surfaces without harming the paint. Polycarbonate and clear polystyrene plastic are among the few surfaces on which to avoid using a petroleum-based product like WD-40 Multi-Use Product.
