So at some point a homeless person attempted to break into my car and they completely broke the door to the point it won't open anymore. There's still tension on the inside handle but I can't pull the lock up and using the automatic buttons makes it wiggle but not move up to the unlock position. I'm at a loss for what to do since I need to open the door to take it apart, so if anyone has had a similar situation before and figured out a way to open the door without having to drill through it that would be perfect. I attached a few photos and a video of the door in question. Second photo is dark but shows what I see through the door hole. View of the broken door handle Looking into the hole where the handle was
For anyone who sees this, the issue was the outside handle was stuck in the pulled position keeping the locks from moving, so after wiggling the inner assembly on the outside part of the door it allowed me to unlock it.
