Is part of my dash lights out?

I noticed last night driving at night that the top part of my NAVI where the Temp controls is not lighting up like the rest. Basically auto buttons, cold and warmer, and the mode on the right side are dark at night. Is this normal? I can't remember my 06 TL's to know forsure.

Here is a picture of my dash. The car is scheduled to go back to the dealer to get it's tires replaced, and tint. So I can have them fix this as well.

those lights are out, there is a TSB which deals with something very close to this issue, however it's the whole center console going out. Print it and take it with you

Well I can't find that TSB anywhere I look. Seems some sections I look aren't updated with all of them than others but still can't locate it. Can you link me?

It isn't much help, simply tells you to replace the lights not the switch.

Some of my dash-switch lights went out too--another project for me.

Cheers.
