the panel above the brakes and pedals is rattling on both sides. on the driver side its under the glove compartment. how do i fix this?

 

You're talking about the panel above the gas pedals, under the steering wheel? Take it off and line the edges or just the area you think might be rattling with felt. Make sure it's securely fastened, all screws are tight, and the clips are snapped tight.

I feel your pain. I hate rattles.
