Has this happened to anyone - I don't know exactly when this happened, but one morning i noticed that some paint had literally been peeled off the bumper. So i can see the plastic underneath. I think this should be covered by warranty, right??? and this isn't from someone bumping into me, there is no dent damage or anything or scraping it just peeled off!!

 

where is the paint peeling from? There is a TSB on it.
