Hey guys, My CEL kept coming on in the last couple weeks, and once I hooked up the reader I got the following codes : P145C, P0497 and I was also getting the "tighten gas cap message". I searched these up on the forum before and saw that replacing the canister valve solenoid would fix the issue. I ended up replacing that part, as well as the pcv valve, and cleared the codes. The gas cap message never came back, but the two codes did. I'm not too sure what could be causing it at this point. All vacuum lines are tight, and nothing is loose?

If someone could assist with this, I would greatly appreciate it, I'm not sure what else to do, and im tired of seeing the cel. I don't wanna have to resort to taking it into a shop, but it seems like thats where ill be heading at this point. Thanks in advance!

 

I've seen numerous threads about this issue, but each one points to replacing the parts that I already have.

Any ideas?
