P0134 not cleared with O2 Sensor replacement.

Replaced all 4 O2 sensors with OEM sensors. P0134 will not clear and I can not pass emmissions test. What's next?

physically clear the code by un-hooking battery for at least a minute. this will clear the code and if the 02 sensors are working correctly, you wont get a CEL again...

I did disconnect the battery to reset and the CEL always returns. The O2 sensor wiring did not look damaged when sensors were replaced. I have read the O2 sensor fix forums.

I have a bluetooth OBDII dongle that connects to an app on my phone that lets me monitor the 02 sensors.
you have to at least figure out if the 02 sensors are actually reading, and if they're not reading/ready you would have to figure out why

I have the same type of OBD II dongle. How do I check to see if O2 sensors are reading?

I believe the free TORQ app allows you to read the signal at the 02 sensor

I use the same app. Looking at the fault log manager screen with P0134 fault code. I do not see where it would allow me to verify the O2 sensor signal.

I havent actually used the torq app.
you are looking to see if the 02 sensors have power, ie; is it producing voltage?
