Overhead console loose from headliner
The plastic part that has the dome lights, the switch for the moon roof/garage controls came loose from the headliner. Its connected to the rear view mirror but the other end is very loose, hanging just a little. I pushed it back up and down the sides thinking it just came out of a clip but with no luck.

The roof console (interior colored) housing is bolted to the roof with (4) 10 mm hex head bolts. The black map light assembly is clips into the roof console housing. The moonroof switch clips into the map light assembly.
It is possible that some or all of the (4) 10 mm bolts are loose.
Your Acura dealer can fix this any time you are there for anything else. It takes an Acura tech about 2 minute to drop the overhead console and tighten the bolts. They do this alot-as the Hands Free Link (HFL) on 3Gs go bad all the time. The HFL is mounted in the roof console housing (interior colored part).
If you want to try it yourself-TSB 08-057 "Hands Free Link Doesn't Work" can be found in the 3G Garage (or by Google Search). The TSB has illustrated instructions for how to drop the console. The quick and dirty:
1. Remove moonroof switch (clips in place front and rear). Remove 7-pin moonroof connector.
2. Reach into hole where moonroof switch was located, and pull our map light assembly (clip in front tab in rear).
3. Pull down map assembly and look for the (4) silver colored bolts. Tighten bolts (seat + 1/4 turn more). Do not overtighted as they may strip.
4. Reinstall.
