Oil leak under dipstick
Thoiboi is probably right. I personally would clean the area and see if the leak can be pinpointed. Oil dye also works if you would rather not clean the engine. Also, one easy to fix but unlikely possibility. There are some power steering hoses that run under the front passenger of the car. They sometimes leak where the metal tube meets rubber hose. Air flow while driving might blow the leak up. Tightening the clamp a little is usually all that is needed to stop the leak.
If your power steering level has not dropped, then probably it is oil.
edit: i just looked at your picture more carefully. There is no splatter on your alternator cables. I would no longer consider the power steering leak possibility.
