Odd Pulse/Vibration when driving

Hey all,

I have an 07 TL-S 6spd and whenever I start driving after letting my car sit for a while (maybe a few hours+) I feel a slight bump in the driveline. It feels like it's speed dependent; the closest way to describe it is as if you were driving over small cracks in the road, but very uniform and rhythmic. It happens for the first mile or so of driving and then fades away into very small driveline vibrations. I did hit a pothole over the weekend (and it has been more noticeable since) but I don't know if I'm realizing it now that I'm looking for issues after that event. There is not much feedback in the steering wheel either.

If it was a bent rim I'd likely be able to feel it in the steering wheel, right? Not only that, it wouldn't fade as I drive. I've seen discussion of axles, but the joints don't look compromised.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Are you referring to flat spots on the tires? I can't imagine why they would do that so quick
