Unhappy Odd Misfiring

I recently used the paddles in my 2007 TL-Type S for the first time in a long time and got some weird misfiring. First time, the engine light blinked for a few seconds then stopped. I then got it a second time a few days after, but this time it stayed solid. I got three codes, P0300, P0301, and P0305, which I believe means misfires in cylinders one and five. And now today, I got the blinking engine light again. This only happens when I use the paddles in third gear at around five-thousand rpm, which I used to pass on the highway. I have hit that RPM in the normal auto mode but no codes.

I recently had the timing belt done at a shop and did a transmission oil change myself (drained and refilled four quarts). I also had an issue with cylinder five's coil a while back which was remedied by the same shop who did my timing belt, but the misfiring isn't only in cylinder five.

I'm very confused as to what the issue might be, I tried searching for a similar problem on here but couldn't find any. Anybody know what this possibly could be?

Have you checked the plugs in cylinder 1 and 5 to see how they look first?
