O2 Codes: P2195 P0141

Driving back home from work yesterday, my cars CEL lit up. It wasnt running rough or anything, and it ran just fine this morning. I checked the codes with my scanner and pulled

P2195 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean Bank (1 Sensor 1)
P0141- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I tried clearing the codes the see if maybe it was just a fluke, but the CEL never disappeared. At this point, I just plan on visually inspecting them to see if any of the wiring looks damaged, but im suspecting that the sensor(s?) might need replacing. I was curious if anyone has ever seen this combination of codes and if it might possibly mean something else. Im curious if there is anything that would make both rear sensors act up? Fuse? Exhaust Leak?

For anyone else that finds this in the future, Here's a diagram with part #'s
2004 Acura TL 4 Door BASE (NAVIGATION) KA 5AT Converter

Bank 1 Sensor 1 : 36531-RCA-A02
Bank 2 Sensor 2 : 36542-RCA-A01

Also, here's a handy link to the DIY for bank 1 sensor 1. https://acurazine.com/forums/problem...-p2251-811823/

That doesn't make sense to me. To clarify, you cleared it and it came back? Or you couldn't properly clear it..?

Hmmmm. Good point. the CEL stayed on without going on or off. it was early this morning and it didnt raise a red flag to me. Tried it again over lunch and the code is gone! Drove it around for 10 minutes and hasnt come back. I still have a feeling that my O2 sensors are somewhat on their last leg. My car is an 04 with 144k. Im sure ill have to change them one day, but if I can get a few more years out of them, then why not!
