Noise when turn the steer wheel at low speed

So, i notice the noise recently after my 07 TL base (13000KM) got timing belt changed. I drove back to dealer, they told me I have to replace my PS pump. But they said I could wait for a while, as the noise is not so loud and the steer wheel is still working well. They asked for $520 including parts and labor, the adviser said the pump will cost me about $400. I am wondering how long I can wait? So far, no issue when driving. I just can hear the noise when at very low speed like parking car.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Sounds like it? I did this fix 2 days ago, worked like a charm.
You might still hear the sound right after replacing the o-ring since air will get in the system. The morning after my noise was gone.
