NO START so many dash lights, short? Sensor?

Ok battery is good, starter is good had it tested. Cleaned all grounds in engine bay, intermittent fuel pop sound. I do have an aftermarket head unit and grounded amp to metal in trunk. I've replaced the ignition switch and worked for a couple of weeks and now it's not recognizing the key (green key light) on the last sequence when the key is supposed to start. Could I get yall's opinion? Thanks guys!

HFL is unplugged, it all started when a thunderstorm came by with alot of rain and lightning. I have regular lights, not leds. I'm usually mechanically incline but this electrical issue sucks... thanks for any input

Green key flashing means it's an immobilizer issue.
check the fuses under the hood, specifically the ECU fuse.
If fuse checks out, someone with a HDS or Honda diagnostic system will need to reset the immobilizer to your key

Thanks for your help but it was a bad ground... cleaned it up good and fired right up. It was the passenger side engine mount to chasis!
