when i hopped in my car there was no lights in the car nor headlights so i assumed the battery was dead so i gave it a boost and the alarm went off so i went to shut it off. while i was shutting it off i came back and the boosting cable was off on the car that was boosting mine. and when i connected it again the alarm didnt go off so i tried to start it and there was no power anywhere, NOTHING ON THE KEY. so if anybody could help me out with this one, please respond

 

Sounds like the security system shut the car down, so get power to the battery then lock and unlock using the remote.
