No Heat or Air - Blower Motor??

Got in the car this morning to run some errands and discovered that my vents were not working. I used the fan control to override the auto temp settings, turned on defrost, maxed out the temp, minimized the temp...i tried everything i could think of but the blower would not come on.

I checked the heater blower relay in the fuse box, no problems found. I pulled the glove box to look and didn't see anything obviously wrong.

Has anyone had a blower motor go out? How can I determine if this is the problem?

Thanks in advance for the help. It found it ironic that this problem happened on the day with the first snowfall in Minneapolis

Check fuse #30 (7.5A) under the dash.

Also #9 and #21 under hood.

This is the first I've heard about the 3rd gen motor having problems. Quite common in the 2nd gen. I have no idea if the systems are similar

Fuses are good. I'm going to check the voltage heading to the blower to see if it's getting juice.

The only input to the blower i can find has 12v, switched with the ignition. It doesn't seem to vary at all when i change the fan speed. Any idea how the blower is supposed to work?

Might just be the resistor on the motor. Cheaper than the motor, but same labor to get to the resistor as replacing the blower. Here's some diagnostic scans:
