New battery keeps dying in 06 TL after a few days

New battery keeps dying in 06 TL after a few days

have a 2006 Acura TL with around 130k miles. The battery keeps dying, I've exchange the battery for a new battery and I keep charging it after it dies. What could it be? Thanks

Its most likely the HFL unit, it is know problem . I disconnected my a long time ago no issues thus far. Check here for more info https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/battery-draining-hfl-related-892004/

Also check to see if your alternator is functioning properly.

There is a DIY on Youtube

IIRC its How to install HFL or something like that. It should tell you which one to disconnect.

Replace the item yourself, it takes no longer than 15mins
