Need torque specification for lower engine cover bolts

Anyone have the torque specifications for the two bolts (90148-SEP-000 and 93404-06020-04) that secure the lower engine cover (74114-SEP-A00) to the chassis? I just did a transmission dump/fill, tightened them, and found them lose the next day. I don't want to over torque them, but the cautious approach isn't working either.

that's barely anything so dont go crazy. I would call it "snug" torque. I rotate my wrist to tighten it and not my arm.

That's what I did initially and they shook loose...wait a minute...

Now that you have me thinking about it again, I remember I had to loosen them to get the clip holes to line up, then I must have forgotten to go back and tighten them. I got distracted by the fact that the one of the clips was missing and another had a broken head, so I must have come back inside to start looking for the clip part number. My mind is not as focused as it used to be. Probably my fault, but I'm blaming the children.

Can you tell me the size of the bolt towards the back of the cover (93404-06020-04)? This is a discontinued part.

I believe 6x20 refers to it being a M6 x 20 mm bolt
