So I found out my driver side fog light lens was broken today... i need to replace it quickly before my expensive LED burns out in the snow... quick help would be much appreciated
Couldnt find the lens by itself... i hope i dont have to buy a full assy?
That sucks dude and it would be nice if they sold the lens. Although that wouldnt have helped me, the chrome on the inside of my passenger fog assembly is peeling and cracked. I was able to find an OEM new one on amazon for $74. I just checked for you and the drivers side on amazon right now is more than OEM dealer part sites, sorry.
FYI those lens are plastic (I believe DTMoto and Spyder brands both use the same supplier). Depo is the only aftermarket brand that uses glass lens for the foglight housing.

Not 100% sure on this but I think Depo uses both glass and plastic. I think their general ones use plastic and the CAPA certified ones use glass. This is what I have seen in looking to replace mine, but could be errors in websites listings.
First off like you guys said the lenses are plastic... so I'm not sure how they will resist to weather and rock chips...
I haven't noticed any difference in light output, but we've had wet streets since i got them installed... so i'll need more time to confirm.
Looks wise (when they are off), it's ok... I mean you can barely see that there are fogs there anymore since its black on black... but maybe i'll like this look better when i black out my headlights. Would definitely looks better on a white car IMO.
My biggest disappointment is that after my mechanic installed them, there's about 1/5"-1/6" gap between the lenses and the bumper. I asked my mechanic why and he said that they do not come with any adjustment bolts.
So overall, i must admit i am not very satisfied with this purchase, and do not recommend them.
I might actually try to find a glass lens somewhere, modify the OEM i had and switch them...
