Need Knock Sensor+Wire.

It's been a while that I've been driving with a faulty knock sensor wire issue.
Could possibly be the infamous mouse-eating-cheese-wires.

It's time I bought a new knock sensor and wire harness... anyone know where I can turn to except the stealership?
I saw some knock sensors on eBay. Could I trust the sellers there?
Also saw this "knock sensor special shielded" wire on eBay... Thoughts?
