Need headlight advice

i posted pictures last week, i did my headlights finally on wednesday and wow what a job it ended up being, i have all the respect in the world for jnc and ack. I cleared, blacked them with flat black and clear coat, did switchbacks, zkwr swap. we had a few snags but when we went to put them back together it just seemed as if they didnt want to go all the way back together for some reason. we started at the correct corner, but like one headlight one clip didnt line up, all the other ones did so how is that even possible? and the other one i couldnt get two clips to go over the clip all the way. does anyone have any advice for me? we tried this by hand with gloves on. and my friend is pretty strong he is 6' tall and athletic. well the reason i ask is we went ahead and put them on the car and my passenger headlight got some condensation in it after a carwash. the lights look great but i gotta figure something out about that. also does anyone know how to do the resistors in the front for the switchback or does everyone do them in the back? there are three wires thats why i ask.

If you go with just one set of resistors, you need the 3ohm units and can install them in the rear. If you have 6ohm units already, they will do either the front or the back, not both.
