I don't see it.
Pics are from 2 different angles, adn I'm no expert, but I don't see anyhthing odd.
When did the car start pulling to the left? Have you recently had suspension work done? Maybe it just needs an alignment?

it was pulling to the left before and my shocks was worn out i had them changed...the pictures are drivers and passenger side the driver side titled left etc ...i was told that one is normal now the passenger side something is wrong with that one ..i was told the shocks on the passenger side might not have been installed correctly or i might need a new control arm

After replacing shocks, you may need an alignment. Anytime you take the suspension apart and put it back together, the alignment might get out of whack.
I still don't see the issue in the pics, but I am spacially challenged; I'd need to see both pics from the same angle, with the same view. I think I do understand what you are trying to say and there is a very particular way the shocks align with the tophats. If not done correctly, it can cause problems.
Look at the scans in this thread:
https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/torque-spec-shock-assembly-3g-garage-d-091-a-633039/
Now in those Service Manual Scans, look at Steps 3 & 4 on Page 18-27. That is what has to be properly aligned when reassembling the shock/spring.

I *think* that standing in front of the car, the struts should point slightly inward: / \ - but just slightly, not as much as my "drawing".
Can someone confirm that is correct?

I don't think anyone has a good answer for you. I don't know enough to comment.
I am also not sure there is enough infomation/detail in pics alone to make a judgement.
You need someone local who can LOOK at it (imho).

I think he is worried about the top base of the part, pointing in the arrow, being incorrectly put. In the second picture he posted, we can clearly see the part now touching or attached to any other component in the part. Does it need to be attached to something, or should it just hang the way it showed in the picture. xclusive, is that what you're asking?
Truthfully, I've seen my car in a lift about 5 to 6 times (when oil is getting changed, dealership etc) and I've never seen something that has catched my eye and looks like that.
