This really sounds like you have electrical issues. Getting O2 heater circuit codes from both banks is for sure not normal and highly unlikely. How is your charging system? Battery? Cables? Have you had rodents chewing on wires?

Red face gonna run it

as far as i know i haven't seen any chewed wires or anything or evidence of any rodents . not sure the history of the car like if it was flooded or whatnot
no wires that seem added or out of place like someone boogered it all up ...........is there any way i can test the computer or something ?
i do know the navigation to be intermittent but mostly just logo then turns black screen.
battery is brand new no charging issues and cables seem secured .

Do you mean a scanner?

Troubleshooting will depend on your skills and the tools you have available. So you have a couple of options:
  1. DIY troubleshooting to find the actual cause of all your problems and then buy the parts (most time and work required by you)
  2. Throw new parts until it fixes your problem (can be the most expensive)
  3. Take it to a professional to get it diagnosed (fastest route)

get an OBD-2 scanner and it'll tell you the codes and where to start troubleshooting. The codes you gave us don't help.

At this point it sounds like @El_Cheapo is giving you the best possible advice; get the car to a professional to diagnose.

The mods should consider making it a requirement for people to add basic info to their threads. Often times it feels like we have pull that info out of them.

Things that would be helpful:
  1. DTCs
  2. Clear description of their issues
  3. History of the work performed and parts replaced
  4. Any kind of diagnostics they have performed

It's a "help us help you" mentality... unfortunately for most posters, it may be a "i don't know what i don't know"-type scenario or... it could also be a "spoonfeed me" type attitude as well. Typically the same people will get mad at us for not helping them, by fail to provide us with all the information needed to do so

Agreed, this is one of the most helpful and least divisive automotive related sites I've been on over the last 20+ years, but hey, helping someone without all the facts is a tad difficult.

no i mean the computer that is in the car , the one that tells it how to run . ive got an obd2 scanner and listed all the codes that were stored earlier on . as i stated also i really dont know what to list other than i bought the car and redid the heads from overheating and everything in between like timing belt to gaskets to radiator ... like everything all plugs seem good no broken wires nothings missing really thats why i think checking the computer or something may be off . like why is it always running rich ,. always have those codes . i dont wanna bring it in due to the cost but mostly cuz everyone knows they will more than likely screw me at the dealership with a bunch of crap . so im trying to get an idea at least to someplace to start looking for a fix

The only way to test the computer is to communicate with it by using a bi-directional scanner, and you also have to look at the live data to see what the PCM is doing or seeing from the sensors. The Launch X431 Diagun V is the cheapest that I can think of.

Simply using a scanner will do you no good if don't know how to determine what is good and what is bad. You will need to know what to look for when you look at the live data.

Well, that's a lot of work you did on that car, which includes removing the throttle body, the injector fuel system, and all the harnesses. There is a lot that could have happened. Did you have those codes before you removed the heads?

The most common way a computer can go bad is by shorting an injector or ignition coil or any other solenoid. There's also the common AC drain moisture problem where it drips onto the computer.

Don't take it to a dealership. Take it to an indy shop because it's cheaper. It's a Honda not some exotic.
