Mysterious problem noises. Please help!

Ok so my TL is a 2006 WDP 5AT base model with 83,000 miles. It's been kept up perfectly since I bought her band new. I've changed the tranny fluid with Amsoil 3 times, changed the plugs, radiator flush, brake fluid change, Seafoam, AEM Cai, always premium fuel, never let it go below 1/4 tank. Anyway, you get the point. She runs better now than when brand new. Two days ago the car started making a very noticeable rattling/"klanking" noise coming from the engine bay driver side. It started only doing it when I was turning left and now it also makes the noise while accelerating and hitting small bumps going straight. It never does it when turning right. I checked all the fluids, tire pressure, took plastic engine covers out, emptied out entire car/trunk, and inspected the car under hood and under car for several hours. Nothing is abnormal about the car. I took it to the dealership where they had it for 3 hours, test drove it four times, and had 4 mechanics inspect everything. They had no idea what it could be but definitely heard it loud and clear. They even noticed my rear view mirror was a tiny bit loose but not the problem. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It's driving me crazy. Thanks everyone for reading my post..
