So, I one of the main reasons I went back to Acura and bought my TL because I was sick and tired of the stupid little things that went wrong with my TT. Things like the dome light not working when it was cold out. TT was an absolute to blast to drive, but the stupid electrical gremlins were ridiculous.

Three weeks ago, when it started getting cold out, I was driving at night and noticed that bulb for the volume button on my steering wheel burnt out (or so I thought). Two days later it magically turned back on.

Then, the following weekend, the bulb went out for the HFL/Back button on the wheel. Again, it turned back on a couple days later.

THEN last weekend, I noticed that my right foglight was out. I use Nokya 9006 55w Yellow bulbs. I bought some replacement bulbs from the local bike shop and changed it out yesterday. It turned back on perfectly. Then tonight I drove to the store and it was on. I got dinner, got back in my car, and when I turned on my headlights it was off again. I had another bulb and threw it in real quick, and TADA is worked again.

Then I got home, parked my car for 10 minutes and went back out too check it, and it was out again. WTF??? This is by no mean crucial, but it annoys the FUKC out of me!!! The left Foggy is perfectly fine, and never went out.

I never expected these type of things from my Acura. My warranty is up now too. Anyone have any idea what the hell is going on here? Anyone experienced this with their car? Very bizarre to say the least.

sounds like the bulbs are going out.(butt, you didnt need me to tell you that)

tear apart your dash and replace them.

as far as the fogs, its an aftermarket part. you're going to have to chase down whats going on.

 

My dome lights went out, I replaced them, my headlights started flickering, I replaced em. Other than that haven't had any issues. Sounds like you just got a string of bad luck man.
