My Side Mirrors
It's a feature to aid you in parallel parking and seeing the curb. If you have your mirror switch set to the right the right one tilts down, left = left mirror, middle = no tilt.
That way you don't "curb" the rims and scratch them up, which, trust me, is very easy to do. (My wife scratched up my front right one the first week we owned the car... /sigh).

In all seriousness, I suppose that you COULD use the second memory seat setting to tilt both mirrors down, assuming of course that you don't use that setting for another driver. The side-view position is linked to the memory seat, so all you should have to do is to set the mirrors to the down position, leave the seat as it is, and save it under memory seat 2 (or under 1 if for some reason you use remote #2). Then, when you want to lower the mirrors, just come to a stop and hit the "2" button on your door. When you're done, either hit the "1" button, or just go on your way because the car will put them back when you unlock it.
