Mushy Brake

Hi all,

06 TL MT

I had my oil changed about a month ago brake pads checked out ok. The last week or so the brakes feel mushy and once in ahwile feel like the pedal is sinking. I pumped the pedal and its firm so it doesnt seem like the master cylinder is an issue. Could the change in temp. cause this (it cooled down about 20 degrees last week). I will check the master cylinder as well, but wondering how much the brake fluid flush should cost last quote I received was $120 from the dealer?

From the 2004 Service Manual (remember brakes for ALL '07/'08 TL-S are the same as brakes for ALL '04-'06 MT):
