I have an '08TL with 39k on it that I bought about 4 months ago. Its driven great and I didn't expect to have zero issues with it, but I have had three problems with the car all occurring in the span of about 1 month.

First, my car started to overheat, took it to acura and they replaced a broken radiator fan and relay. Problem seemed fixed.

Second, my driver side window does not roll down, I have not taken it in as I think that I have diagnosed it as a broken regulator and I will repair it myself.

Third, audio cuts in and out when driving over a bump, screen doesn't flash or give any notifications. I lose audio when driving over rough patches but I can get it back by smacking the center console.

All these problems are electrical, and because I use the driver window a lot and the audio system a ton, and obviously the radiator fan is used a lot, I am under the impression that they are connected. My initial diagnosis was that the alternator may be broken or surging causing some commonly used electronics to burn up. I have told acura my theory and they agreed, I am taking it in today for a free alternator and electrical inspection because I have been in their shop a lot lately...

Do you guys agree with my diagnosis? I would've tested the alternator voltage myself but they were gonna do it for free! Also, do you think I just bought a really badly maintained car? It doesn't make sense that these electronics would all fail so soon after I bought it and all in a row.

I don't agree with your diagnosis. The window regulator should have nothing to do with the radio and radiator fan. They are all on completely different circuits. Fortunately for you all your issues sound like simple fixes. The audio one is probably a loose plug in the back, and the window regulator isn't that hard to change.
