Not a single one of those are related to your Cat removal. You have bigger issues haunting you. I would say probably should start with confirming there are no issues with your electrical system. Maybe low or high voltage coming out of the alternator. These codes are around the EVAP canister, fuel system pressure, MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, and a misfire. Usually when this many random things go wrong at one time, it is electrical. Either the charging system is having issues, or there is a harness somewhere not correctly connected.

Has the timing belt been replaced at which point the plugs would have been too?

If not you're well overdue. One coil could also causes random misfire too

Sweet then just replace the coil. Make sure to use OEM or Denso only.

I don't know if there is such a thing as "best"; I'd go with Denso or Hitachi, whichever I found first/most available/lowest cost.

What kind of smoke? Black, white, blue, grey? When does it smoke? Startup, all the time, under heavy acceleration?

If blue'ish, you are burning oil....like a mofo if that pic is at idle. Removing the cat may be related to you seeing the smoke since the cat may have been helping to burn it off....but removing the cat didn't make it smoke...it just made it visible to you.

Sounds like you have your answer; I'm curious why you didn't share this minor detail with us earlier in the thread.

the plug when it removed from the coil no change but question i see the acura rl of 05-08 and the tl type s 07-08 have the same J35A8 engine will this cause trouble to me if i put the rl engine in the tl becuase the rl comes all wheel drive

Not understanding your response here....the lack of punctuation really isn't helping. Did the smoke go away? Or just the mis-fire?
