Metal rattling noise

So I have a rattling noise coming from under my car somewhere it started about a month ago read a couple posts and thought it was the halfshaft bearing heat shield replaced it and it still made the noise so I jacked it back up and seen the heat shield on the rear cat was loose and the two bottom bolts were rusted out so I replaced that and it's still there and it's getting louder and louder everything I change and everyday I drive it

I will post clips tonight if I can figure out how to oh you can hear it a lil when accelerating but only in first and second but you can really hear it especially in first when you get the car going and let of the gas so the tranny is slowing you down and there are no slips or grinds or and thing in the tranny or from the clutch but any suggestion would be really appreciated
