Whatsup guys,

My chrome was peeling off on my manual shift knob so I took it off, taped around it, and painted the plastic piece silver. Looked okay for about a week now I am just not happy with it. Does anybody know where I can either get an OEM shift knob? All the online sites don't have one, believe me I checked. Or does anyone have an aftermarket one that fits perfectly and has been going strong for awhile. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks.

 

And by chrome I mean that silver piece. Dont know why I said chrome.

Get a comptech short shifter kit and a weighted aftermarket knob. I have the short shifter with the skunk2 weighted knob and it looks great and shifting is much better!

Pretty expensive, and I've heard that the 4g TL manual knob will fit the 3g and is much cheaper.

I don't know why it's way cheaper but it is. You should check to see if it will fit though as I'm not 100% sure.
