Loud knock from suspension???

Loud knock from suspension???
i have a 05 TL with tein s tech lowering springs and 19" rims. when i go over little bumps it makes a knock noise like a pop. only on little bumps no big ones but i dont know what it is???

check to see if your springs are seated properly, check the nuts and bolts to make sure they are torqued to spec. BTW, you coming to the alamonte springs meet on the 4th?

yeah me and alex went to high school together we are both putting it together mostly him but im helping
